Eklutna Lake

Eklutna Lake is Anchorage's main water resevroir. It also is used by canoers, kayakers, and fishermen. I didn't catch anything here, but I have seen other people pull some nice fish out of the water here.

Ship Creek

July 2005

I've fished at Sheep Creek for years and never caught anything. I finally got lucky and got a decent King on the incoming tide one morning. I hooked another one shortly before this but it got away.

Bird Creek

August 2006

Larry and I tried Bird Creek one autumn. He got a decent Silver and a couple decent Pinks, whereas I only got one Pink.
